Description

We are delighted to welcome Garin Jenkins to our AGM this year.

Garin is a former Wales International Rugby Union player and one of the most capped Welsh hookers in history having attained 58 caps. But Garin will talk about how his work with communities and his biggest challenges have come not on, but off the field.

BAVO’s AGM is open to third sector organisations, however priority places are reserved first and foremost for member organisations. If you are unsure whether your organisation is a member, please call Andrea on 01656 810400.

At the AGM, the Directors will present an annual report outlining BAVO’s performance and financial statements. The Independent Auditor will also provide their findings. Members with voting rights may be required to vote on current issues such as appointments to the board of directors and selection of auditors.

We are also going to take the opportunity to meet with you over tea and gather your feedback on BAVO’s services. Given austerity we know a lot more people are seeking support and help from the third sector, we need you to let us know if and how this is affecting you and what assistance and representation you expect of us.

We would be delighted to see as many member organisations represented there as possible but please note reservation in advance is essential

To reserve your place click the registration button on this page or email bavo@bavo.org.uk

Tickets option will close 7th January.
